Ebay Shipping Time?

What is the usual amount of time it takes to ship an item. I bought one thing on Saturday and one yesterday and the one yesterday already shipped while the other still hasn't. Should I tell ebay or wait? I contacted the seller yesterday asking the ETA and they haven't responded. The payment went through so I sorta want the product in my hand.

If it's been 3 days and you haven't gotten tracking number I would send another message. I wouldn't open a dispute yet because you only get one per transaction and if you jump the gun on this one, if there's something wrong, you might not be able to get a refund.

Sometimes the seller might have extended handling time. If it has exceeded the seller's handling time, I'd start off my sending a few messages before going to eBay. Usual handling time for sellers are 1 to 3 business days but some sellers put 5 business days instead.

 

On another note, USPS shipping is slow since it's the Christmas rush. >.>

Yes can confirm, USPS is extremely slow right now. guys at the UPS store(I go there everyday) say it's getting crazy for them too.

 

Took me two weeks to get a package in I had ordered recently. Through USPS. 

 

The struggle is real for them. Remember, they have to deal with normal mail too so they always get hit harder.

Yes can confirm, USPS is extremely slow right now. guys at the UPS store(I go there everyday) say it's getting crazy for them too.

 

Took me two weeks to get a package in I had ordered recently. Through USPS. 

 

The struggle is real for them. Remember, they have to deal with normal mail too so they always get hit harder.

USPS and UPS seem to running 1 to 5 days behind right now because of the holiday rush, for my work I place a lot of the same orders weekly and starting about 2 weeks ago things really started slowing down.  Overnight and 2-day shipments show up on time but any standard ground shipped item has taken awhile.
