The best LGA 2011 motherboard would probably be the Asrock Extreme 11, just guessing though.

Like honestly look at this thing.

i should probably make this more clear cuz I think I'm confusing everyone...

this is a build that i plan to build into a desk and I'm slowly finding all the parts and i would like feedback on what i choose so i can change parts to make the build more awesome. i Plan to have this build breach $12,000 easily. the point of this build is to make the most overkill computer that i possibly can and be able to still run it normally, therefore I'm building it into a desk so its not like one large test bench that's all over everywhere.

So yes FEEDBACK!!!

the more the merrier

I hope you are going to be using more than one pump too. Also, if you want a superoverkill which you are kinda showing you can run dual xeons with this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813188070

i5 4670k| Asrock H81M-ITX| EVGA Nex 650g| WD Black 500Gb| H100 with SP120s| ASUS Matrix 7970 Platinum (just sold)| Patriot Venom 1600Mhz 8Gb| Bitfenix Prodigy. Build log in progress

What is the point of this build though, burning money isn't hard but what will you be doing that will require this level of hardware. 10 quad rads is stupid, just go phase change.

do xeons even support overclocking?

No

i5-3570k @ 4.4ghz (1.240v) || Asrock extreme 4 || CM Hyper 212 evo

Samsung 840 || WD blue 1tb || WD green 1tb || Powercolor 7870 xt @ (1200 mhz core : 1500 mhz mem)

Powered by a silverstone strider 500w psu in a NZXT 210.
