I get that i can install two OS on my pc (i have 2 hdd so on separate ones) and chose between them on boot, or set which to load in BIOS. Now the questions:

1) Will i be able to use my programs if they are on C: , but i am currently using windows that are on D:?

2) Will the drivers be installed?

1) Depends. Steam will work if it's on another drive IF you have administrator privileges

2) No.

what about games, other applications? something like photoshop, skype, mozila, forticlient?

I think you'd need a new key for Photoshop. Browsers and Skype will work fine

Games work fine, I use a completely different HDD with the .exe on it and all the games and they work like they usually do, just that some saved games are usually in C:\ so you may not find them, unless the game has Steam Cloud.

only if the program is a portable version

if not, then it will only work when the program is on the OS drive

Depends on boot order and where the boot loader is at...

say you have HDD0 with OS 1 and HDD1 with OS 2, each will have its own bootloader on its own HDD...

so to choose which OS to boot into, you'll have to choose which device to boot from...

I'm not sure if you can use the windows boot loader across HDDs... I've tried it and it didn't work...

Edit:

Also if both OS are windows, you can try making some programs work in both... but each program may require its own set of additional files and other settings in order to even work...

Meh. This really depends on an application-by-application basis.
