ya seen those too, used the top rated one and you can build a free website buuuut btw you gotta pay 4.99 a year to put it online.... so thats why i asked here, ill give wix and try and see how that is

you can make your own web server and there are people offering subdomains for free

if the main domain is domain.com then a sub domain would be sub.domain.com
