One case fan to go (Help!)

Hey guys, I have a zalman T4 case with one 92mm fan on the back and one 120mm fan on the front. I got one more 120mm fan from a friend but i dont know where to put it. The case have 2 spots to install the fans in the side panel. Wheres should i install them(intake or exhaust)? Note that the fan spots have dust filters installed already.(although they can be removed).

 

System: i3-4170, HD5750 OC

some more opinions would be nice :)

There isn't really any other place to put the fan aside from on the side and having it intake would be good.
