You'd want Windows 7 Enterprise because that's the one that does that I'm pretty sure.

having several acounts is one way i can think of that will sortof have the effect you want, otherwise i think the enterprise edition would work good for this

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

#1. Treat others as you would like to be treated.

#2. It's best to keep your mouth shut; and appear to be stupid, rather than open it and remove all doubt.

#3. There is nothing "wrong" with being wrong. Learning from a mistake can be more valuable than not making one in the first place.

Huh?!  What is this? Guys, come on! You know better than this.

When you set a password to your account, Windows will ask you for the user name and password.
So under Windows 7:

  • Open the Control Panel
  • Go to: User Accounts and Family Safety > User Accounts (if you are under category view), else click on User Accounts
  • Then click on Create a password
  • And now, simply enter your new password.

When you'll sign out, or restart or turn on your computer, Windows will ask you for a password.

If you create multiple accounts, Windows will ask you to pick an account, when you do, it will ask for a password.

Simple, and easy.
