Constant black screens

Recently, I've been experiencing many black screens, while playing light games, like CS:GO. What happens, is my PC turns off for a few seconds, reboots, then does the exact same thing after like 20 minutes. Does anyone know if this could be a PSU failure, cable falling out or anything similar? 

 

PSU is Corsair RM550

GPU is MSI R9 390 Gaming 8G

CPU is Intel core i7-4790K 

According to PCPartPicker, my system should only use like 450W at full load, so 550 should cut it.
