He's asking how the h*ll you know there isn't some spyware or something in the background if you don't have a proper antivirus/antimalware program. Malware bytes people....

ya know, I'm not as dumb as you think, use task manager look for things, if you didn't open them and their not windows, close it? Besides, I don't go on suspicious sites, I have Adblock on chrome, and I instantly close popups, and I don't download random shit.
