Correction USA gets good deals. Canada gets hosed for computer parts though we might not be as bad a some places. Our dollar kinda sucks right now though

I feel like if you're gonna pay this $/gb you should jump for a pci-e based solution like some of the m.2 drives or the intel 750 nvme or just a normal pci-e drive.

I would not involve Canada in that I would just say United States, Canada gets the shaft because of a low dollar. 

EG: 

PS4 is on sale in the United States for $299.99 for a bundle while in Canada it is $429.99 + 10 to 15%  depending on where you live.

Personally I would just get cheaper ssds in raid 0. I'm getting 1500 seq reads in my 2tb crucial raid.

Personally I would just get cheaper ssds in raid 0. I'm getting 1500 seq reads in my 2tb crucial raid.

But for those who want something mainstream and top of the line, this is a pretty good deal.

I'll admit it is easier but I got my 2tbs of ssds for $440 so there is a huge price difference and raid isn't that hard to set up.

I remember this ssd dropping to 250$ during black friday last year on newegg.ca, before the dollar took a huge dump. So I don't really see the deal at 380$. Just get an Evo 500gb for 200 bucks or spend a bit more and get an 850 pro.
