I don't get it? if you payed full price I'd say 390 was better but for 130Eu a 970 is awesome

What's the performance difference between a 390 and a 970? I only got this because it came into the store I work at, and the manager give us a 50% off coupon for anything in store (for Christmas :D), we don't get parts often.

What's the performance difference between a 390 and a 970? I only got this because it came into the store I work at, and the manager give us a 50% off coupon for anything in store (for Christmas :D), we don't get parts often.

They are nearly identical in performances.

I hear a lot of people talking about the 390 vs 970. I'm assuming the reason (if like you say it's identical in performance) that so many people have it is because it's cheaper?

The 390 offers better performance over the 970. The 290 and 970 were about the same.

But at that price I would have got the 970 too.
