i think its very solid :) you could probably get a 16gb kit instead of 8gb in that budget

I was thinking about using a cheaper SSD, ASrock mobo with i5 4460 so i can change the gpu to r9 390. Do you think it will be worth it??

if you go Sandisk or Crucial, it can be.

 

thing is, if you consider future upgrades, the initial build would be better.

 

alternatively, you could drop the SSD and throw in a R9 390, then add the SSD in a few weeks with holiday $

hmmm... I think i will keep the initial build then consider about future upgrades :D

I just want to point out that it is easier to add a drive, RAM etc than it is to sell a GPU and buy a new one. 

 

not as hard as a CPU upgrade though
