CPU temps

Sure . Any tip when remounting?

Basically, take extra care when doing it to ensure you do it correctly and see if that fixes it. If it still doesn't fix it, the pump in the waterblock could be defective and an RMA might be in order.

My cpu is stagnant at 61 degrees Celsius (141.8 Fahrenheit ). I run a GTX H100i water cooler. Did i mount it wrongly? Or I have to redo the thermal paste? My ambient temp in here is about 28 degree celcius (82.4 Fahrenheit ). Is it normal or FKed up? FYI its a i7 6700K . Not gonna overclock unless the temps are fine.

remount it

clean off the old thermal paste and get some MX4 instead

also make sure your backplate is installed the right way, it only fits properly in one position

1) is it 61 under 100% load? if yes, everything is fine.

2) If it's 61 idle, then you might have mounted it wrong.

3) did you make that overview yourself? If yes, I like that.

If its running that hot at idle he has a problem, a problem that MX4 or no other thermal paste is gonna fix.  The cooler isn't mounted properly or isn't functioning properly.

Is that at idle? If so, that's bad. Remount cooler.
