Why does Google say Deutschland instead of where I really am? If go to Google maps its shows where I am correctly. Google glitch?

I assume you don't use vpn, as that wouldn't be surprising in that case, hmm idk, I'd say glich on google's end or your isp is being weird

Google does this when I use a vpn when it's set to Los Angeles for some reason

Just change the .de to .com / .co.uk / etc. Where are you clicking to get this link?

Settings (lower right corner) -> Search settings -> Languages (left column) -> "Currently showing search results in"

Change that setting.
