Nope. Getting too much Watts is not a problem. Your PC only draws as much as it needs.

i'm getting a new PSU tomorrow, upgrading from 450W to 650W.

is it a problem that i use the same hardware as before but a better PSU?

does it overload or something if you have too many Watt?

its will be fine unless the new psu is a low quality psu and the parts only take the amount they need,

650 is just max, not constant
