Microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during installation

u guys r my last hope before i format my sister's notebook

here is the story :

i installed windows 7 32bit on her notebook and kept all the files on the hard drive even the previous windows 7 files 

everything went right except microsoft office 2013 

"Microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during installation " 

the only option u get is to end the installation ,no further errors r given

any ideas !!!!

 

i am not sure but i think it is because there is still MS office files from the old windows 7

could be there is a trial version already installed, and you may need to remove it.
