I am a huge fan of the "go big or go home" mindset, so Phanteks all the way

I also like corsair, but that's besides the point

i vote for the phanteks case as well.

Quick question: how is the Pro M? do you like it? it's being recommended a lot these days cause it has great price and support just about anything...does it feel cheap?

These cases aren't similar. 'Go big or go home' in SFF means fit the same stuff in a smaller space (and leave with passable cooling). The Phanteks is a 34.4 litre case, SG13 is 11.6 litres; how SFF did you want to go? the Phanteks has more rad mounting options but it's 3 times the size, and over 40% more cost (at least where I am). From by specs you'll see I'm biased, but it's the favourite part of my build.

If you make a post contradicting mine that doesn't directly address my claims, or cites 'facts' without evidence, I'm probably not going to bother responding to it, because you probably didn't bother reading my post properly, and because life is too short. It doesn't mean I don't have an answer for you. It means I'm not dignifying you with a response.

Thanks for your opinion, could you post some pictures of your system and without annoying you with questions is it small, good cooling and do you get good overclocking? :D

Sorry, I'm at work, I have old phone photos of it before the window mod, and during the custom loop build. I also seriously suggest you don't try to do what I did with the custom loop; it's super duper sketchy and I wouldn't do it again (you may notice I had to use epoxy resin for one of the fittings. :(.

It's small, you can see the pics and read the dimensions. OC I super bummed out on the silicon lottery and 4790k not a great overclocker, but I got 3 cores stable at 4.5 and one at 4.4, wheras in my older ATX case I got 4.5s and 4.6s. Cooling will depend on what you put in it, with this case the problem is more about dust as the back half of the case is basically open.

Not cheap at all.

PROS:

+ Steel side panels (but IDC about aluminum.) Also steel chassis, for all your magnetic stuff needs.

+ I like the slick front, which has a big ventilation mesh (which is steel, too, not plastic.) The rest of the front panel is plastic, but looks really good (faux brushed aluminum) with USB 3.0, and a RESET BUTTON (lots of nice cases skip out on this!)

+ ALL of the fan spots have dust filters, the one on top is magnetic. Cooool

+ The side panel window is tinted, but looks really good (it scratches easily, says Hardware Canucks, but I try not to scratch it on purpose) Also it doesn't show the whole inside (if you wanted to show off your HDDs and stuff) and shows the PSU (if you don't want that.)

+ There's a really nice basement separating the PSU from the rest of the inside, and has a spot for HDDs, where I put mine

+ (standard) 140mm exhaust fan comes on the back (if you wanted that)

+ Supports tall tower heat sinks, good support for radiators

+ LONG Graphics Card support (with no HDD brackets in the way)

+ Good cable management (lots of cable ties come with it, and there's lots of spots to tie cable ties behind the mobo tray) and lots of rubber grommets for cables to go through

+ REALLY good airflow, with the whole top portion of the case being open for air to move (support for 2 140mm fans or 3 120mm fans in front, or 2 140mm fans / 3 120mm fans on top)

+ it comes with a million screws, if you want that

+ thats it

CONS:

- the side panel is REALLY HARD to put back on (both of em)

thats it

Hardware Canucks has a review of it, if you wanted to watch a video. I got mine for $60 on Friday, they're $75 on Amazon now.
