What is that thingie?^ I've got two.

And why can I not find what goes here?

http://imgur.com/tA02OMY

That's AUDPWR1. (Between the HD Audio connector and the Selector Switch) It's supposed to power the two op-amps on my audio section, iirc, which would be nice with these AKG Q701s.

I'm not seeing the cable anywhere - you will need to call MSI to see if they can send you one.

Molex does operate on +12V.

What way would you reccomend I jank together a connector?

I'm fully willing to sacrifice one (or both) of these useless floppy-molex connectors to make this work.

I have someone that is capable of amazing soldering skills. (Soldering a chip back onto a board/soldering a flash drive back onto a USB connector.

I've never modded a connector with another one, but you just need to connect the proper wires from a molex connector to something that would fit that connector.

The problem here is that I don't have what fits there.

I'm thinking of taking the floppy connector off, and just wrapping the corresponding wires around the connector and leaving them like that, with a bit of glue or something as shielding.

If you can't find anything, you can solder the wires directly onto the pins, though depending on how much you cut from the molex connector, you may need to do some wire splicing.

I wouldn't need to cut much. Just right at that stupid floppy connector. I've got a molex cable from the PSU with nothing to plug into it but this little audio bit.
