If it is a blue screen, it should give you an error message.

Check the Windows Events at the timeframe the bluescreens happens. Than you check the event ID on http://www.eventid.net/

does these messages mean anything as why it happened. The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk2\DR2. The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

(The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device WpdBusEnumRoot\UMB\2&37c186b&0&STORAGE#VOLUME#_??_USBSTOR#DISK&VEN_VERBATIM&PROD_STORE'N'GO_U3&REV_6.51#0D41967010D228CD&0#.)

Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

When doing a full reinstall does that mean format the whole hdd or can you remove just the windows files. Also do i need to buy a copy of windows or can i just use the same one i used when i first the computer

Sounds like a broken Driver. Try to run the MS fixit tool, the repair function of your CD or just reinstall windows. The last one should do the trick 100%

My blue screens are always caused by bad memory.

What do you mean. Like failing ram etc

I ran memtest and I got loads of errors. So I RMA'ed my RAM. Then I got new RAM, and I still had bluescreens. So I tried EVERYTHING to fix them, and no luck.

Turns out my new RAM was faulty too. Replaced THAT set and now she runs flawlessly.
