Best 325$ CAD max Laptop

Hi,

My 10 year old brother wants a laptop for christmas and me and my parents decided that the max budget for  one would be around $325. My brother plays indie games, Minecraft, and hopefully some other games now that he'll have a good laptop :). It must come from a Canadian retailer and shouldnt go much over, under budget is preferred. Refurbished is ok. Thanks guys

At that price, second hand laptops are best. Any preferred online store? (for new or second hand).

The iGPU is around the performance of an Intel HD 4000, and on the CPU side of things it is quite weak. TBH laptops that can be classed as good start at around the $500 price point.
