So I am thinking of building a budget gaming pc, I already made a PcPartPicker list but looking for some suggestion/changes.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/X62X8d   (I already have a 300gb HDD on my 4 year old laptop, so I can maybe reuse it)

  Requirements:

1. sub $400 build

2. run at 1080p 60FPS while gaming AAA titles

3. medium to high settings

4. I don't want to upgrade so I want the pc to run for at least 3-4 years without the need to upgrade

 Thanks! :)

Dude, no. xD Just no, that is impossible for what your asking. For a computer to be relevant, even for a year, you need to atleast get a 970. You wont be getting anything running those specs at that budget, unless you go used.

No promises on High Settings, which is near impossible but possible 50-60fps on Triple A titles.
