It would depend what you are looking for, things like motherboard trays or IO plates for custom cases Mountain Mods is a good one, for a lot of custom work MNPC does some really unique stuff.

When you say modding site, do you mean a place where you can look through guides and such for mods? Or a place to buy parts for modding? <- Yes already, that answered.

Most stuff like painting will be a custom thing you have to do yourself or send parts in if they are going to have things like metal plating or powdercoating done to them, as for LED's there are a bunch of options ranging from premade ones to DIY rolls from Amazon which you can cut to length and connect together.

 

For premade stuff, AddonCustoms, Modguru, Icemodz, and Darkside are all good options.

you just need to learn how to search properly, like what terms to use, what sites to look for, and that kinda stuff

it takes practice but becomes very useful when you need an answer to a very complicated question and you can find it in a few minutes
