GTX 980Ti 3rd screen wont work

Just got my Gigabyte G1 980Ti and plugged every thing in but the 3rd screen wont work there all plugged in with Display Port and tried different connections but only 2 of the Display Ports want to work at any time?

You have to follow this layout

Desktop: CPU: I7-5820K GPU: 980Ti, 750Ti PhysX Mobo: MSI X99A SLI PLUS RAM: 4x4 Kingston DDR4 2400MHz OS: Win10
Storage: 250GB Samsung Evo, 3TB WD Black and Green FIRESTRIKE, Reason for dedicated PhysX Card.
Peripherals: Screen: 3x BenQ VZ2350 Mouse: Razer Naga Keyboard: Some Dell Thing Sound: Razer Tiamat, 5.1 Logitech Surround Speakers

Not yet as i cant get the 3rd monitor to display. It worked couple mins ago fine on the 750Ti

Try it with HDMI, etc, etc to narrow down the problem.

 

I had the BIGGEST problem EVER getting my triple monitors working on my 770. And it literally FUCKED my PC until I updated to Win 10 and fresh installed.

are you sure the 980ti can output on 3 display ports? (I have no idea what outputs it has)

Right click your desktop and go nvidia control panel. Click configure sli on the left side and click the box that says activate all displays. Should work then.

It just picks up 2 displays

try one via hdmi opr dvi  if all the ports are working on the card (which I assumed you tried on the 2 displays) im guessing its some kinda hardware limitation of outputting on 3 DPs...since they are the highest bandwidth video IO to my understanding.

Nope nothing, tried 2DP and 1 DVi. will try re installed graphics drivers maybe
