£500 gaming laptop

Hello, im looking for a gaming laptop for my brother around £500 which he can use for both gaming and school. I haven't been looking at laptops these days so any brand would work however i would prefer the newer laptops. Also could you please recommend laptops in the uk please, thanks ;)

For £500 you can't buy a gaming laptop.
