- 550w + 

- Full or Semi Mod (i'm hoping can extend budget a little to get this)

- $60

Are you planning a cf? A decent 500w would already be more than enough for a single 370.

What kind of dollars are you using?

Antec HCG/Seasonic anything/XFX anything/EVGA B2/Fractal Integra M (for this build it would work well).

It's a SeaSonic OEM rebranded as an XFX unit. It is an excellent PSU and I use the 850W version in my system.
