Powershell: 

Get-WmiObject -Class Win32_physicalmedia -property serialnumber

CMD prompt:

wmic diskdrive get serialnumber

Cristal Disk info will also do it.

Didn't realise just how difficult actualy looking might be.

Crystal disk will give it (no doubt there are lots of software solutions)

Hey again apologies for the late response, I was off for a few days.

 

As the guys suggested, you can either check the drive's label for the serial number or use a software that would show it. WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostic tool should also be able to help you with that

Again I wouldn't post any personal Serial Numbers on public places like forums as other people might use them for warranty and other issues.
