Fallout 4 vs Witcher 3?

I'd go for Witcher 3. I've never gotten into the Fallout games, and the Witcher 3 has very interesting folklore IMO.

I love playing Fallout 4, I just like guns I guess. Building is awesome, and the world feels a lot like Skyrim's. Alive and working on its own, you're just there to do stuff.

 

Though, you do probably take over the world or something, I haven't finished the game.

 

I got bored of The Witcher in a few days. I could probably get back into it now, but I'm too busy playing Fallout!

Fallout 4 gets my vote, but the Witcher 3 is also very good, though I recommend playing 1 + 2 before you play 3 since the story goes over all 3 games

 

Personaly I just prefer the setting and gameplay of Fallout, Witcher is a great game but I am tired of generic fantasy lore

I guarantee you've never played it, or at least haven't played enough of it. The beginning of the game is slow, but once it picks up, I can't stop playing. I have both, and love both of them, but I would say go for fallout.

I rushed W3 and even then I couldn't get less than 50 hours out of it.

im 35h in lvl 22 and did just 1 mainquest step. I will explore every corner in this game. Thats why i play Fallout.

Fallout 4.

Finished the main storyline (Minutemen) after ~13-14 hours (I'm excluding the minimum of 15 hours spent exploring/looking for power armor/level grinding/fixing up Sanctuary)

Will most likely load up a save (5-6 hours in) to finish the other story paths

Pish. Took me almost 40 hours to get to level 40. Farming Deathclaws ain't easy, but it gets them levels up

Never bothered rushing the story or grinding in fallout, i like to take it slow, makes the progression feel more natural and extends the game time
