I dont like the version of these games, i feel like fire red and leaf green are just way more optimized versions of these games.

Oooooh, awesome.

But I wont get them like this, I will wait to see if the collectors edition (which includes the actual packaging and a kitchen magnet in the form of the original cartridge) will release in Europe too. Would love to get that

I wonder though; will the games support the features the originals and their systems did? Or will it be isolated?

They've confirmed you can trade and battle over 3DS wireless communications. Not 100% sure about online, though, but considering how broken the games already are I don't think adding online multiplayer will do much good xD

That's so cool of Nintendo to do. I would have expected them to just port over an isolated game, but wow. I don't care if it is as broken as it was upon release, I enjoy playing these games too much to care. :P

That's pretty awesome. But I hope they connect all the regions eventually for a massive Pokemon game. 

Would be cool. But I'm personally hyped to shit about pokemon go.
