Graphics card to complement FX 8320

Hello I wish I could get your opinion on which graphics card to buy that will go well with an FX 8320

 

My budget is 20000 INR (which translates to ~300 USD). I will be aiming for gaming max at 720p or at medium settings at 1080p with 60 fps or above. 

 

NOTE: Please keep in mind that in India, the graphics cards are over $80-90 more expensive than its US counterparts due to shipping, profit by merchants and whatever else in between so if you could suggest me something with keeping that into consideration, I would appreciate that even more.

The 960 is also an option if it's significantly cheaper than the R9 380.

I had considered the 270X and the zotac gtx 960 Amp edition but looking it up on the internet it seems that the gtx 960 wins. I still wanna see if some card is out there which can outperform this card at the price point. Thanks a lot for your response

I say you cannot go wrong with GTX 960, R9 280X, 380 or 380X. Yet I wont say GTX 970 and R9 390 wont work if you can afford them!

Yeah I have the 380 and I gotta say that I really love it. If not try to aim for 980 if you can save up.

If the 960 is considerably cheaper than a 380 then get that - but the 380 is 15% more powerful so do the math (the math Linus failed at )

60fps high-ultra 720p? likely yes - 1080p high-ultra? not really, no
