When I close my left eye using as much eye muscle strength as I can, some muscles in my eyelid strobe (move quickly repeatedly - that's what I mean) 2-3 times. No pain or anything but I've been having this thing for a month now. Any ideas what it is?

you can get your muscles to twitch by using them really hard. i can do it with my entire head when tightening them really hard. It's normal
