I recommend the Gigabyte G1. If not then the Evga one. Or a 390.

Just a quick piece of advice :) why not post up a thread in the "build logs and planning" section and tell everyone your budget

 

then we can put together a pc with all the parts you need, instead of asking about every component separately

Depends on which model you buy. Can your PSU handle the 390?

Then I'd suggest going with Msi or Sapphire if you want to get a 390.
