GeForce Gtx 980ti vs Radeon R9 390X

Rod1022

I want to know wich is the best gpu for their prices and also wich one performs better in an UW-QHD monitor (3440×1440) and in a 4K monitor for gaming on ultra settings.

The 390X is on par with the 980.  Get the 980ti.

980 ti hands down... but is it worth the $250 extra bucks to you

a closer comparison would be the 980 ti and the fury x.. and the 980 ti would still win

http://cdn.wccftech.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/perfrel_3840_2160.png  980ti is better then the 390x but there two taotally different price brakets. Youd want to compare the furyx to 980ti.

980 Ti

But even with that don't expect to be playing intensive games with ultra settings at 4K resolution.

Yeah, i know that comparing with the r9 fury x makes more sense, but i've seen that many people like the 390X and if it gets the job nicely done, i would appreciate saving 250 bucks haha

390X is a 1440p card. 4K needs two 390Xs.

@Deli

So you think that for 1440p it would make more sense to buy a 390X?

If you don't need 144Hz super high refresh rate, then yes.

Both are excellent cards, but the 980 Ti is far faster.
