Holy shit, that's a monster.

You bought it, if your little... friend... remembers and doesn't like what happened, he doesn't have a leg to stand on if he presses you. He sold you the parts, it's his fault for not mentioning that there was a dual-Hawaii XT monster in there, and it's his fault for not remembering that he had the most powerful single-board card on the planet in his old rig.
