900 dollar gaming build? CUDA is needed

I have around 900 dollars for my gaming build, but i don't know what i should be going for, and the cpu and motherboard is my worst headache.

 

Xeon 1230v3 with h97

or

i5 4690k with z97????

im lost

 

any other options is also welcome, thanks.

I'd try to get something with gtx 970 +  i5 4690 + H97
