I hope you paid like 15 bucks for it. An 8800 will not play any modern games at anything above lowest settings :/

 

But nvidia stock drivers are all you need. so nvidia.com

They do. It's a Nvidia chip, so just download the Nvidia drivers for the card and you should be good

19.99 with free shipping. The latest game I need to play is Skyrim, and I can mod it to run smoother and am fine with low graphics settings.

If I look at 8800 Benchmars, are they the same as the BFG one. If so, why buy a more expensive brand card if it is the same card as another brand, the looks?

I don't understand what you mean. Every 8800 GT will have the exact same chip on it, with basically the same performance, whoever the card partner is, EVGA, BFG, ASUS etc.

The more expensive one can, at least nowaday, offer better performance because the gpu runs cooler and tends to boost to higher clocks :)
