£1200 Gaming PC Build Help [UK]

Having the unfortunate experience of building a PC in the UK (extortionate pricing). This is my second build, upgrading from an FX 6300/GTX 760.  I will use the system primarily for gaming at 1080p (planning on picking up a 1440p monitor down the line), and general school work, (word processing etc.) I already have a monitor and peripheral set-up so these are not needed.  My budget is around £1200 max for the PC alone. Below are the parts I've come up with so far but I was wondering if anyone would suggest any changes to get the most out of my budget? I've priced all the parts from Amazon as it's my retailer of choice. I am happy to spend up to my max budget if needs be. Will likely add a few case fans as well, would appreciate suggestions on these as well. Currently looking at a few of the Corsair fans. Thanks for the help, appreciate it!

UPDATE: Will be overclocking, hence the 6600and H100i, but would welcome and appreciate comments on these as well!

Seems fine. the 450D already comes with alright 2 front fans and 1 rear fan, so getting extra fans is not all that necessary.

Really needs a cooler though, maybe a 550W power supply and a cheaper case to leave enough price room?

Thanks for the fast reply, yeah extra fans would be for aesthetics really. Was thinking of red LED SP 140s for front of case and SP120s for inside. Wondering if there'd be any added benefit going for the SP120s over the stock fans in terms of airflow and noise. Aiming to keen the build relatively quiet.

This would outperform both of those systems:
As for the fans, Be Quiet! Silent Wings 2 are pretty good.

Thanks for the help, but would I not be disadvantaged going for Haswell / DDR3 over Skylake and DDR4? I reall like the idea of lowering the PSU though however and the bump up in GPU as well. Really appreciate it everyone.
