Okay what would be next upgraded step ?

 

I'd personally buy another 290 and run them in a crossfire setup, then upgrade my motherboard/CPU to the latest generation.

Okay that good idea at that point could probably buy a nicer monitor

what Cpu would you recommend waiting 2 monthes getting i7 or just get 4690k?

 

A 4690K will be enough.
