totally, those leds need like 2 watts or so

4790k

212 evo

R7 260x

intel 530 ssd

1tb wd black

8 gigs

gaming 5 msi

(Nothing is overclocked)

 

PSU is CX430

uhm a cx430 on that pc is already pushing it BADLY

It's just LEDs bruh. You're good to go. The power draw to them are like ants compared to everything else in your case.

 

But why a CX with those specs tho.

anyhow if serious then i do apoligize, and yeah you would be fine to power led strips, they dont take much power.

I used to have a CX. I replaced it since I started using SLI. They were okay for powering my single card and system for a few months. It gets really hot tho. I can feel the hot exhaust from the PSU itself.
