Amazon payment decline?

I tried ordering something online on amazon and I got a payment decline, so I reentered my card details and got another decline.

Should I assume that I just don't have enough money on the card to pay for the item?

(Card is valid)

 

(Sorry if this wrong section I couldn't find the right one)

It's a Visa debit card

 

Contact your bank and make sure they didn't lock your card from being used.

 

Happened to me recently since they thought that the purchases that I was making were "not normal", even though I buy PC parts all the time just about.

I can but I doubt it's the card's fault I literally just made a paypal payment few days ago

deffo not expired? theres no reason amazon would decline it if its valid

Definitely not considering I just sent a amazon gift card to a friend and got emailed saying it was received could I get declined for not having enough money?

Contact your bank/credit card issuer, to find out why the payment is being declined. It happens sometimes if they think the transaction you're making is "suspect", a simple call will fix it all.

sure if your account is low on funds then they would refuse the payment
