Will my pc bottleneck. Recently I have heard some things about pc's bottlenecking. I would like a little more info on what that is and if my pc will. All help is appreciated, thank you in advance.

Every PC in existence has a bottleneck.

A bottleneck is when one device is so slow another device actually has to slow down to keep 'up' this built won't bottleneck major though

 

EDIT: like when you have a top of the line CPU but a rather slow GPU, the GPU will be at 100% forever whilst the CPU just hovers around 30% literally wasting performance or money

Every PC will have a bottleneck somewhere, otherwise the performance could be infinite. The bottleneck will change depending on what program you're running. 

 

That PC has no glaring bottleneck though, it's well balanced. PSU is a bit overkill unless you plan on Crossfire in the future, though.

Change that HDD to a WD, I like Seagate but other may think otherwise.

 

And every PC has a bottleneck like the others have said, in fact mine is my HDD. Slow as shit and it pisses me off.

No, I feel like you dont understand what a "bottleneck is" when it is being discussed in a PC

 

you only get a bottleneck, if you have one extraordinarily underpowered part in your PC, for example, you have a Titan X, and a Celeron, the CPU would restrict the performance of a game

Your build looks fine. Buying a PC is to have fun with your games, not worry about some stupid number at the top right corner of your screen.
