Is this Deepcool DE-500 PSU enough for my PC parts?

I'm planning to add a Zotac GTX 950 and 2 more Thermaltake Riing(not typo) fans using a 4 pin fan splitter (since my MoBo has only 2 Cha Fan headers) for my PC in the near future.

About the GPU, I'm from Philippines and there's a whopping difference of $80 between the GTX 950 and 960 so don't suggest a 960 since it's out of my budget, besides I only play light games often (CS:GO, Dota 2, Rocket League, TF2, L4D2, etc.), prolly a few heavy games from time to time that I haven't finished playing on comp cafe's such as Bioshock Infinite which I don't mind playing at 900p. I have a 1080p monitor (ASUS VX239H) so I'm after 1080p gaming on light and indie games, not into AAA titles so sometimes I wonder if the GTX 750 Ti (60w) will suffice for the games I often play but that's another topic xD

Anyways, the question is: Will this PSU suffice with my specs? Was advertised as 500w, not savvy with PSUs so can anyone give me tips for what to look at on getting my next PSU?

My specs when complete, total wattage breakdown according to pcpartpicker: 65w-288w

(Don't mind the price, I'm from Philippines and pricing is different here, very expensive if you're curious)

I have no idea about the reliability of deepcool's PSUs, but yes, 500 watts is enough. I even ran my 970 on a 500 watt power supply for a short time, so this should not be a problem.

The 950 shouldn't draw too much for it to matter, plus there's enough amperage, so it'd work.

950 needs 120W, the rest of the system uses 120W as well - cheapos don't like being ran at that kind of load

Be both know how no-name cheapos react to peak load :/

the sticker clearly states the 12 volt rails to be 300 watts

so yea no it not enough to power the system with a GTX950

Still, though, it's a 350W rated. Even cheapo PSUs can maintain a rated wattage.

Seems to me that it's half decent. These reveiws for what is essentially the same model sound OK. They are from some Russian site though...

[Translated Russian] average power, due to this, and the price is not too high, what actually attracted attention. quality materials and assembly generally liked. no loud fan. cooling is no problem.

Disadvantages: in general, I did not see anything wrong
Comment:
for its price range a good power supply. the most important thing is stable and the price is attractive. Standard equipment

[Translated Russian] This is the power supply is in my computer for over a year and pleases its stable and reliable performance. I bought it to replace burned-out, set up and connect in 5 minutes. It's no problem I have not caused. It made very high quality, despite the low price. Very quiet, not much is heated even under heavy loads. Especially talk about, except that I'm very happy with my power supply.

even with 120 + 120, 240 watts on a 350 watt power supply rated for 500 peak is OK. It's running at half it's peak wattage, so it'll be fine

OP, if this is one of those power supplies where you're powering the graphics card with a Molex connector... stop it.

And your PSU will never protect your PC in a power surge. In fact, it'll probably explode.
