Best productivity membrane keyboard?

I have been looking at keyboards for my new set up and have seen the mechanical options. I would like to see what the membrane keyboard side had to offer for productivity for comparison.

That razor keyboard with the screen (forgot what its called)

Oh my god, no. The razer deathstalker with the switchblade UI thing is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever seen. Not only is the screen bit completely useless, but if Synapse crashes (which it often does, because it's a pile of trash) then the whole touch-pad is useless. 

 

Also, a regular set of tenkeys is going to be far more useful. 

 

@OP, your best bet would probably be something that has hardware macro capabilities, since it will allow you to make your own macros for whatever programs you will be using. You could even make key shortcuts (like CTRL+C) into one key on another layer. AFAIK, mechanical keyboards offer the best functionality for things like that, especially something like the GON NerD PCB. That thing can handle up to around 2,000 keystrokes in a single macro.
