I suppose it depends what you mean by "best".  I assume you mean to ask "most powerful", because I have trouble calling any AMD CPU "best" anything at the moment, even though it's a relative term... their high performing ones will devour your entire city's electrical supply and surpass nuclear reactors for heat output
