first gaming build help

Tattsyrup

i was planning to oc anyway

Well then your set though you might wanna get an aftermarket cooler at some point if your going to oc, a hyper 212 evo would be a good choice theyre pretty cheap and quite effective

Everyone's sort of asleep right now Give it some time.

The 1TB is only about $10 more than the 500GB. Also, games take up space very quickly.

Even then you will still be getting responses internationally, eg myself in new zealand, some of my friends in america

ive just created this build what do you think

No point in using an APU with a dedicated GPU.

what do you think of this build

Why use 2 gpus when you don't need to? A single gpu would have less problems.

Crossfire ready.

just get this (same build as original but with a few changes)
8350
gigabyte 990fx1-ud7 OR crosshair formula-z
7970
2tb seagate barracuda
corsair 750w modular
search for a "what cooler should i buy" thread

or save a few bucks and get an 8320 and 7950

its pretty much the same build i advise for anyone with a £800-900 budget, the only think that changes is the ssd size (samsung 250gb pro or non-pro), the hard drive or number of hard drives, the case (depending on personal preference) and cooler (cheap-hyper 212 evo, expensive h100i)

If he uses any form of aa it will drop below 50fps no way around it but its usually only for a second or two and its hardly noticeable at all :)

tbh i think u should get a 760ti instead i think the 770 isnt worth it really if i could re do my purchase i would have got 2 760ti's instead of 1 780 and i know the thing about 1 card is better than 2 in most cases but 760ti in sli really does shine imo.
