Very simmilar in performance to mine, and mine won't do 4K well at all. So I have to say no.

 

That said, it will power a 4K monitor just won't game well on it.

Low FPS at Low settings.  It won't even max out 1080p.

It'll support the resolution. Won't drive it in games, though. Not unless you plan on sticking to Source games at medium settings, Lovely Planet or Ori and the Blind Forest (Actually, I think it would struggle with the latter at 4K...)

Not even close. You need a 390x minimum if you want to think about gaming in 4K. Unless you only play MOBAs and CSGO.

I suggest cutting down on some parts (like the case) and spend more on your gpu.

4K desktop and youtube? yes...

4K gaming? not even close unless you play games that came out prior to 2010.
