You have a GT card not a GTX card.

Wasn't that abolished when Fermi came out? :o

the lower cards (10-40) are GT and the higher cards (60-90) are GTX.

the 50s being the odd one out, where it changes.

What a pity, the 850M was classed as GTX.

I know how you feel! My laptop has 920M. But then again my desktop has GK104 so i might just half understand xD.

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.

Reading around...

Create a shortcut with the following destination:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\NVIDIA GeForce Experience\GFExperience.exe" -shadowplay

It should open the ShadowPlay control panel, and, if you're lucky, let you use ShadowPlay.

Obviously, there's no guarantee that it will work, but it seems to be functioning just fine for others.

NOT GUARANTEED

I see - GTX 750/950 fooled me ._.

the desktop 750 is also under the GTX branch, the mobile one appareantly isnt.

as for the trick to figure out the difference with the old names: in the old naming scheme the GT* was behind the model number.

probably not nvidia's best move naming-wise, but at least the numbers still somewhat make sense...

What's the difference between a 8800 GTX, 8800 GTS, 8800 GT and 8800 GX? :D
