$20 really isn't much of a budget to get anything that great with.

Ill check soundmagic and see what they have and ill edit the answers in....

and if soundmagic does not have anything then ill check other brands

 

Edit : found one but you have to raise youre budget about 11 bucks more .

Or OP could buy those same exact headphones here, for $18, which is what they normally cost... Amazon has had some ridiculous price hikes recently in headphones, for no particular reason.

Koss KSC 75, comfortable (light weight clip ons... no headband), portable, and sound great for the price. $13 on amazon and come with a lifetime warranty.

At this budget the Koss' are the way to go.
