HALP, PLEASE WIN 10 BLUE SCREEN

I got this issue where I would got blue screen for nothing. This is one of the scenario. I was downloading a game (armored warfare FYI) I did absolutely nothing, nothing at all and I suddenly got blue screen like in the picture below is there anyway I could fix this problem forever and ever? 9595dffbd397a17f7e02080341daee45.jpg

it always can suddenly happen, does it happen more often than once?

Ah, Lenovo Y50.

I had the same issue some time ago, although the error code was a little different.

It only happened occasionally when watching some youtube videos.

 

I updated my Intel IGPU's drivers and that fixed it for me.

Have you tried Googling the error you get? I can't quite see what it says in the photo but it looks like VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR which I am going to assume has something to do with DirectX and some kernel error. Try reinstalling both DirectX and your graphics drivers. According to this (Microsoft support) it might also be because of a conflict between AMD and Intel hardware. Try turning off your iGPU if you have one.
