What is the price performance sweet spot for a PC for non gamer ? I have a thread on a build guide sub forum but I don't even know how much I should be spending to begin with. I am not familiar with the lower end product cuz I've never use them before.

Like an i3 or locked i5, 4-8GBs of ram, 256Ssd or a lot of files, 1TB hdd, ect ect.

If ANY form of graphical intense gaming will be done on it in the future something like a R7 360-370 will work great.

$300-400? I'd say an i3, 128/256GBSSD, 8GB ram, cheap H81 motherboard, CX430?, Source 210, and maybe a hard drive if needed.
