Loud grinding/rattling/buzzing sound from Psu?

I just installed my new psu and it's making a buzz, grind and rattling sound. Is it from powersupply or could it be something else, I've never heard of a case fan making this sound, and my hardrive is fine, and my graphics card is fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes it's mounted properly and the screws are decently tight. and no, no cables are hitting the fan.

Maybe one of the fan blades might be missing somewhere. I had a similar situation where my whole case would just vibrate, then I found that one of the fans missing its blade, and removing that solved the issue.

My old psu kind of made buzzing sound that was very faint. I just ignored it. I could also be a fan defect of somekind or maybe just a loose screw.

rattling = dry fan usually
grinding = broken fan usually
buzzing = if it's quiet (as in not loud) it's normal. If it's loud as fuck = RiP PSU
