A Challenge

Hey,

I'm trying to prank a friend.

My plan is to create an executable file, and when he clicks it, i makes a bunch of photo's go on top of his work all over the screen. I think you can figure out what i mean by that....  For this idea, I have been using Turing (cause that's all I know...) and have been unsuccessful because Turing can't make exe's properly. I was wondering if one of you guys could help me make the code in another language? Thanks. I included the photo I would like to have pop up multiple times.  so thanks to anyone who tries!

If you want to impress your coding teacher, you should do your own research and try it yourself, it's very easy and you can make it as a batch file. Not impressive to take others' work and claim it yours and taking all the praise

I'm not asking you guys to do it for me, i just need to know what language i should start with, and some of the code i will need.... i know coding is about learning, not about stealing others ideas. I'm just asking because i cant find anything like this on the internet.
